Copyright and Use Licence

We give you a limited licence to access and temporarily download one copy of the materials (graphics, images, layout and text) on our website for non-commercial, personal viewing only. Under this licence you may not:

use the materials for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) or for any commercial purpose;

Any claim made relating to our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Delivery

We use plain non-printed boxes to dispatch printed products, will arrange for delivery with the courier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the delivery cost. We will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the product while with the courier.

Return and Refund Policy

It is our intention to provide our customers with products that meet the specifications stated on the order as well as our customer’s expectations. In case that our/your expectations are not met, we ask you to email us photos and description of the problem and we will make every effort to rectify it. All our products are custom printed with artwork approved by the customer prior to printing, so it is essential that you carefully check it before printing.
Since our products are custom printed with artwork following the customer’s approval prior to printing, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or delivered. In the event of a warranty claim, our liability will be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the goods only. We will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer as a result of a warranty claim. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of installing the signage and/or product that is the subject of the warranty claim. It is essential that all signage and/or product is carefully inspected at time of receipt - and approved or rejected by the customer prior to the customer arranging installation of the signage. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
irprintingsignage.com.au will not refund any money for the products that were delivered. In case the order is cancelled after the proof has been requested (prior to production) to be approved, a $50+GST admin fee will be applicable.

Reservation Rights

Orders are subject to acceptance by irprintingsignage.com.au. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order (subject to any changes).
